All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our manufacturing warehouse in Dublin.  Delivery times will depend on your location but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Just pop the item back into its original packaging and send it our way. Once it arrives at our factory it will undergo a quality control inspection. As long as everything’s in good shape, we’ll issue your refund right away.

We do our best to keep all items in stock for immediate dispatch but on occasion we run low. You can go ahead and order your item, if it's out of stock it will be added to our production list. The parts will be punched, folded and welded before being sent for painting. Once received back from painting, your item will be fully assembled, tested and prepared for shipping. This process can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on what you've ordered. Feel free to get in touch with Amy if you have any questions. She loves answering questions, that one.

No! the measurements listed are the indicate how much space you need for the 4 embedded feet to sit comfortably on your counter. The handle adds an extra 5cm onto the length of your drawer
