A long time fan of the knock drawer. I was devastated to find that one of the anti-slip silicone feet had gone missing during a house move. I reached out to the company hoping to purchase one of these separately to maintain function of the drawer. The lovely Amy responded promptly and organised to send out an extra set of feet. Despite offering to cover shipping costs - they sent the feet out free to my new address! I now have regained full functionality back for my knock drawer :) A great company with great products and great customer service! Thanks again, Lee

Absolutely delighted

Absolutely delighted with my knock box duo. I was searching online for a good while and had just about resigned myself to buying something from a massive Chinese company. I can't remember how but I happened upon the Knock Box company and initially thought it was a scam because the product is so absolutely perfectly what I wanted. You're supposed to use the other drawer for tool/utensil storage, but I use it for tea bags 😅 My new tea/coffee nook is now complete.

Excellent drawer-robust, quiet and perfect size. Delivery took a week which is a little slower than we are used to these days, but not the end of the world.

The size is perfect

Sturdy, well built. It will carry a ton and stay true. Looks great as well. The size is perfect for my DF64 and the volume is nice. Very happy. The only drawback, I need to decide who gets this in my will. It will probably last for a few generations.

The knock box is excellent. It’s a perfect fit for my Ceado e37s. The extra duties I had to pay were not. Shipping to the US incurs an additional $35 payment to DHL on top of the existing shipping charge.

I bought the Procub knock out drawer to partner with my La Marzocco micro coffee machine and Mazzer Philos grinder. The black powder coating matches in with the rest of the equipment and is solid as a rock! The delivery was seamless and the quality of the product is exceptional, I would highly recommend!.
